  1. 務實性:請學校考量現有師資、設備、校區資源、各系所學生數等現況,合理配置。

    國立高雄科技大學商業智慧學院,由會計資訊系、金融資訊系、智慧商務系、觀光管理系與財政稅務系所組成,這五個系包含日間與進修部四技、進修部二技、日間學制碩士班、進修部碩士在職專班,以及五個領域之博士班。承襲過去,在既有的基礎上,本學院結合各學系與學制之專業所長,使教學資源發揮最大的效果,組織目標以「以商業專業為底蘊,以資料科學為工具」為方針,透過校內系所專業整合與台灣微軟 (Microsoft Taiwan) 、及以本院教師為底創建之台灣金融科技創新學會(Taiwan Fintech Innovation Society) 等之外部合作、課程內容以微軟與學會之程式設計、程式交易、物聯網、大數據分析、資料科學家認證與人工智慧分析師認證等商業智慧為教學主軸,充分發揮管理綜效,達到由研發、管理至新創事業一貫作業的教學與實務之實質效果,旨在培育具有商業智慧工具能力,並具備國際視野、國際經營能力、卓越領導能力、商業倫理之卓越管理與商業分析人才。

    為了達成本院之使命,在課程設計方面,本院除了舉辦多場論壇與工作坊來瞭解就業市場對人才之需求,本學院更進一步地與台灣微軟合作規劃了商業智慧六大必修課程,包括:資料分析與統計(Essential Statistics for Data Analysis)、資料視覺化(Data Visualization)、資料科學概論(Introduction to Data Science)、程式設計 (Programming)、資料庫管理 (Database Administration, Application and Manipulation)、大數據商業分析與決策 (Business Analytics and Decision Making),目的在於使學生至少能熟悉三種以上的商業分析工具,例如:Excel, R, Python, PowerBI, SQL Azure, HD Spark and SQL Server Analysis,鼓勵並協助學生取得微軟及台灣金融科技創新學會舉辦的智慧商務相關認證。

    在師資方面,本學院與台灣金融科技創新學會將合作發行證書與證照,分別有:Python程式設計、程式交易、Microsoft Excel 資料分析師與MPP Data Science之相關認證。而「Python程式設計入門:金融商管實務案例(第三版)」與「Python網頁程式交易APP實作:Web+MySQL+Django」(第二版)、「程式交易:方法、技術與應用」、「金融科技:學習與應用基礎 金融專業人所必須具備的資訊系統自建能力」、「金融科技時代的財富管理:關鍵理財網 (KEYs) 案例實作」,以及「程式交易:方法與實務應用」等國內少數幾本商業智慧之工具書均為本學院之專任教師所出版,亦是目前BI領域的暢銷書籍。上述能出版專業書籍與取得專業BI證照之教師群,亦利用其BI工具之專業知識,發表數十篇學術論文於具有國際影響力的頂尖商管期刊,這顯示本院具備BI專業之專任教師熟悉實務市場,有能力可指導本院的畢業生為成為理論與實務實踐兼具的人才,厚植學生職場競爭力。而未來本院新聘教師將以原商業專長領域外,可教授或承諾應聘後可進修取得下列領域具公信力證照者優先聘任:

    在軟硬體建設方面,本學院已與微軟、台灣金融科技創新學會完成接洽採購資料科學認證相關教材、課程與認證之申請。而認證與需要之軟體與資料庫,例如:T-SQL、Microsoft Office 365、Power BI Python、R、Azure Machine Learning、HDInsight Spark、CMoney、台灣經濟新報 (TEJ)等開放與非開放之軟體與資源,本校均已採購或安裝於上課之教室,並將建構一全新之兼俱上課、研討與產學成果展示功能之BI體驗中心,中心內將包括了理財貴賓室、智慧保險機器人、智慧證券分析機器人、無人商店、無人旅館服務、物聯網 (IoT)販賣機,該中心所產生之相關資料,將直接做為學生學習與研究之真實數據庫,培植學生兼具理論與實務之資料科學實踐能力。
